The Credit Suisse Group AG’s European subsidiary will be sentenced in July for a criminal charge tied to the USD2 billion tuna boat Mozambican corruption scandal, reports Reuters.

The sentencing, which was supposed to happen this month, follows the subsidiary company pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy in October. This is part of a USD 475 million settlement with American and British authorities.

There are currently more than a dozen claims for restitution against the bank.
