Endangered Knysna Seahorses on Display Again

If you are heading to the Garden Route this weekend, make sure you pay a visit to the South African National Parks (SANParks) office on Thesen Island, Knysna. There you will see endangered Knysna seahorses (Hippocampus capensis) in the educational display tank which has recently been successfully restocked. This initiative forms part of SANParks’ ongoing efforts to raise awareness about this unique species and to strengthen conservation education in the Garden Route National Park.
