As we shape up for another version of the State of the Nation Address which is sure to include more commitments and promises on various service delivery challenges, the question is what does the state of the maritime sector look like? Will it be receiving sufficient attention which it desperately needs given the shortcomings of the Oceans Economy Masterplan?
