Sihle Ngcongo, entrepreneur and inventor of the BSL device now attracting international attention.

Another feather in the cap for Cape Town-based Imvelo Blue Environment Consultancy is that its bird scaring device has been officially included in the updated Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels (ACAP) international best practice guidelines.
