The Twist in the Tale of a Horse Mackerel Experiment that Went Wrong

As intimated in Part 1, it appears that now in 2024 a similar clandestine approach has been adopted by the Fisheries branch of the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in order for Oceana’s MFV Desert Diamond to target horse mackerel to the West of the decades’ longstanding 20-degree East line. But there is an explanation of sorts, albeit limited information at this stage.
