The investigation into the failure of three farm dams in Riverlands which is in the Swartland Local Municipality of the Western Cape, has been extended. While attempting to mitigate the risk to the fourth dam, it did in fact burst over the weekend causing a flash flood and already traumatised residents to panic further.
