Thousands of anglers still enjoy the Namibian coastline every year, but according to research, their numbers are dwindling.
Marine recreational fishing in Namibia appears to be on the decline. The value of this sector to the economy has until now not been measured but a new report finalised late last year addresses this, and the opportunities this presents to the country’s tourism sector.
