In early November, Johannesburg will be the venue for the 20th African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) Forum. About 700 delegates are expected to attend the Forum which will also feature a ‘Made in Africa’ exhibition. The question is will, or won’t, South Africa retain its AGOA status.
