Towards the end of October, the Portfolio Committee on Environment, Forestry and Fisheries heard how the DFFE is spending public money, and its overall progress across its portfolio.
The Budgetary Review and Recommendation Report (BRRR) is an annual “warts and all” account of how public money is spent by the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) and its five public entities.
