For some, marketing is an unwelcome expense on the books of a business. Jared Patel, who heads up marketing at Sea Harvest, has proved this to be wrong. Last week he was named the Mondelēz 2022 Rising Star of the Year at the Marketing Achievement Awards (MAA). He has clearly demonstrated that marketing can be used as tool for business growth and should be purpose-led to drive positive change in society and towards the environment.
