The 2022 edition of The State of World Fisheries and Aquaculture (SOFIA) is the latest report from the UN Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO). Released this week, it notes that the growth of the aquaculture industry, particularly in Asia, lifted total production of fisheries and aquaculture to an all-time high in 2020.
