One Down, but ‘David and Goliath’ Wild Coast Case Judgement Still Pending

It could take up to three months for the judgement of the ‘David and Goliath” legal case to stop seismic surveys on South Africa’s Wild Coast. Meanwhile, the appellants of the original application for an urgent interdict to stop Shell and Impact Africa in their tracks, have heard their case has been dismissed with costs.
