In this article, which is a continuation of my analysis of the Fishing Right Allocation Process (FRAP 2021-22), I will analyse each sector briefly, writes veteran fisherman, JACK WALSH. I will explain the fishing method, and note how many and type of quotas granted with their suggested minimum landings per vessel for a full season’s fishing. Then I will note the number of below minimum quotas granted.
