Squid will avoid predators by using camouflage to match the colour of the substrate, a new study has found.
The study published in Scientific Reports, provides insight into how squid behave and according to the scientists from the Physics and Biology Unit at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University, this could inform conservation initiatives.
