Namibia’s commercial fishing industry is still recognised as a prime contributor to the economy but the government is now eyeing new pastures as it looks to reimage the country in 2022 with a view to seeing improved economic growth. There have been a few interesting developments that have emerged out of the devastation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
