Sourcing sustainable seafood is not always easy as South Africa’s seafood retailers, major supermarkets and seafood restaurant chains will tell you. While most have tried their best to show some progress and growth in the species they source sustainably, it is an ongoing challenge. Now they are being urged to collaborate more.
