New Cut-Off Date. Transfer of Fishing Right, Changes

The date for Section 21 applications for the transfer of a South African commercial fishing right has been extended. This also applies to notifications of changes in shareholding and / or members’ interests during the 2020/21 Fishing Right Allocation Process (FRAP).

This is according to a notice last week in which the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries, says the reason for this extension is the COVID-19 pandemic.
