An interesting development is the aquaponics farm on the rooftop of the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Johannesburg.
Already proved to be successful internationally, this is a first for a South African shopping centre. Named the Aquaponics Farm District, the farm is a joint venture between Liberty Two Degrees and Ichthys, a frontrunner in aquaponics.
