Winning Chefs Named WWF-SASSI Trailblazers 2019

Have you eaten at these Cape Town and Stellenbosch restaurants? They all have one defining trait. They all have chefs who have committed to sourcing, preparing and serving sustainable seafood.

WWF-SASSI has this year been running a competition for chefs called Trailblazers 2019. It recently announced the list of chefs and their restaurants who have been awarded the title based on their restaurant’s seafood sustainability policy. The effectiveness of their sustainability messaging internally and to a wider audience is also measured and for going the extra mile in promoting and supporting seafood sustainability.
