Two South African academics have joined a group of more than 70 scientists and industry professionals from 16 countries on four continents to launch the AquaVitae project.
Professor Peter Britz and Dr Cliff Jones, both from the Rhodes University Ichthyology and Fisheries Science department, are participating in the AquaVitae project. The European Union’s Horizon 2020’s 8-million Euro research and innovation programme is funding the project.
