East London’s angling community is delighted that a section of the East London Foreshore has been reopened for fishing. By all accounts some anglers have been hooking big catches.
Transnet National Port Authority (TNPA) has confirmed it has processed more than 800 fishing permits for the area in the past six weeks and says this is a three-month trial period.
