Last week, it was reported that Beverly Schäfer, Democratic Alliance Western Cape Spokesperson on Economic Opportunities, Tourism, and Agriculture, had leaked a list of 39 alleged charges against the South African Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Deputy Director General, Ms Siphokazi Ndudane, to the media. The charges include fraud, theft, extortion, forgery, defeating the ends of justice, and insubordination.
