A drama has been playing out in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, where a group of people have occupied the premises of the local Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF). They are protesting that they have not received permits to harvest 13 tons of wild abalone which they say they are entitled to.
